Bubbles and Books does not accept returns and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of one-time boxes, subscription boxes, box items, Add-Ons, additional box purchases, Shop orders, or Edit/Themed Sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have purchased a 3, 6, or 12 month pre-paid subscription and decide you do not want the subscription for the full term purchased:

Pre-paid subscriptions are offered at a discounted price in exchange for your commitment to the 3, 6, or 12 month period. It enables us to order our box items in bulk and know how many we need. When pre-paid subscriptions cancel, we end up with excess inventory that we can't always sell or use. That being said, we do not want you to feel stuck with a subscription that you aren't using.

We will cancel the subscription upon request, and refund 50% of the cost of the remaining boxes of your subscription. For example, if you have a 6-month subscription and received 2 of your boxes prior to cancellation, we will refund 50% of the cost of your remaining 4 boxes.

What if I have an issue with my received order?

We are committed to making our boxes awesome so you won't have an issue with your order - but, if for some reason you have a missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s), it must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us and our Customer Care team will work with you to make it right with replacement items or bonus items in your next box.

What if I enter the wrong mailing address for my box?

The shipping address is entered at the time you place your order. If for some reason you enter the wrong mailing address and you contact us after receiving the "your box has shipped!" email with your tracking number -  there is nothing we can do to stop the box from being delivered to that address. We are happy to change the address for future orders, but once the tracking email is generated, the boxes are labeled and shipped. Sorry, we do not send an additional box (for free) to a different address if the address was entered wrong.
