When are boxes shipped?

Subscription boxes ordered through Cratejoy or BubblesAndBooks.com ship between the 18th and 21st of each month. One-time items ordered through BubblesAndBooks.com or via social selling (Facebook, Instagram, etc) are shipped within 3 business days. Subscription boxes ordered through our Amazon subscription box listing ship between the 21st and 25th of each month.

When will I get my box?

Boxes are shipped between the 18th and 21st of the month. It generally takes 5-10 days after the boxes ship out for US subscribers to start receiving them. If you live outside of the United States, please be patient as it will take a little longer. For example, Canadian subscribers typically receive their boxes 15-20 days after they are shipped.

How much is shipping?

We wish we could continue to include shipping in our prices like we did when we first started, but the frequent increases by delivery companies have made that impossible. Shipping is shown to buyers during the checkout process so you’re aware. We aim to break even on our shipping costs (although we usually spend more than we bring in for shipping). For a standard box shipping in the US, shipping is $5 per box. For premium boxes, it’s $10 per box. Shipping to the rest of the world is $15 for standard and digital boxes (it usually costs us $25) and $19.99 for premium boxes.
